調理方法
1袋 200g／2人前 ゆで時間：6分
① ゆでる
沸騰したたっぷりのお湯（目安2.5ℓ）に、そばをパラパラと入れます。
箸で軽くほぐして踊らすようにゆでてください。さし水はしないでください。
② 蒸らす（2分）・そば湯を取る
ゆで上がったら火を止め、蓋をして2分間蒸らします。
蒸らす前にそば湯を取り置いてください。
③ 洗って完成
冷たい水で手早く冷やし、ぬめりを取ってキリッとしめます。水洗いが決め手です。
水切りして、好みのつゆと薬味でお召し上がりください。
取り置いたそば湯もぜひ。食塩無添加なので、そのまま飲めます。
※ゆで汁が黄色くなりますが、韃靼そばのルチンが溶け出した天然の色です。
【注意】二度ゆで厳禁。ゆで過ぎにもご注意ください。
