1袋 200g／2人前 ゆで時間：7分
① ゆでる
沸騰したたっぷりのお湯（目安3ℓ）に、そばをパラパラと入れます。
麺がくっつかないよう箸で優しくほぐしながらゆでてください。
ふきこぼれそうになったら、さし水はせず火力で調整してください。
② そば湯を取る・洗う
ゆで上がったら火を止め、そば湯を取り置きます。
ざる等にあげ、流水で冷やしながら優しく丁寧にぬめりを取り、そばをしめます。
③ 水切りして完成
お好みの薬味を添えて、早めにお召し上がりください。
取り置いたそば湯もぜひお楽しみください。食塩無添加なので、そのまま飲めます。
