Transparency for peace of mind

Much of the honey on the shelves is
It has a translucent amber color.
No turbidity and no sediment.
To me, that's what honey looks like.
If it's transparent,
It looks like nothing is happening.
However, in cold regions, honey usually solidifies.
The appearance will change.
In Europe,
Handle with the assumption that it will harden.
The crystals are finely ground and made into a cream.
We will ship it in that format from the start.
on the other hand,
There is also the idea of remaining transparent.
The fact that appearance remains unchanged is
It is less likely to create anxiety.
Honey is transparent,
It also looks beautiful.
The desire to maintain that appearance
It's in me too.
Transparency is not just peace of mind,
It may be a form that makes it less likely to cause anxiety.
That too,
I feel that this is one of the forms chosen within a single idea.
